Position 1: Retail Cashier / Senior Cashier (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: Thomson / Queensway

Scope:

  • • Perform cashier and retail work in a retail garden centre environment

Requirements:

  • • Cashier and retail customer service experience

Position 2: Administrative Assistant (Retail)

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Perform daily administrative and operation tasks in retail garden centre environment
  • • Handle stock inventory transfer, invoicing, quotation, ordering & purchasing and other related administrative tasks
  • • Handle retail customer service and phone support

Requirements:

  • • Administrative and retail customer service experience
  • • Positive attitude and good team player
  • • Knowledge in MS Office and emailing
  • • Enjoy working in outdoor environment and love for nature

Position 3: Administrative / Operation Assistant (Online E-Commerce)

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Perform daily administrative and operation tasks of online e-Commerce webstore
  • • Handle webstore product photo editing
  • • Handle online customer service and enquiry

Requirements:

  • • Administrative and retail customer service experience
  • • Positive attitude and good team player
  • • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office

Position 4: Operation Executive / Manager (Online E-Commerce)

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Execute day to day e-Commerce operation, sales and deliverables
  • • Manage and update website content and ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images and inventory etc.
  • • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and create online products and digital marketing strategies
  • • Liaise with inter-departments on product availabilities and order fulfilment
  • • Perform administrative tasks in handling order fulfilment, documentation, customer service and support
  • • Monitor and provide weekly and monthly reports of online sales and product performance

Requirements:

  • • Diploma or Degree in related discipline
  • • Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in e-Commerce retail sector
  • • Experience in managing Magento platform and various e-marketplaces
  • • Possess positive attitude and service mindset
  • • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • • Knowledge in digital marketing, SEO & SEM added advantage
  • • Familiar with Photoshop and HTML added advantage

Position 5: ERP Administrator (IT / Operation)

Location: Thomson

 Scope:

  • • Managing and supervising day-to-day operation of the administrative department and staff
  • • Developing and implementing administrative system, policies and procedures to improve operation functions of the department, and devising ways to streamline processes
  • • Planning, scheduling and promoting events and activities including team meetings, appraisal, interviews, orientations and training
  • • Performing and supporting system administration of ERP system and SOPs
  • • Administering and maintaining inventory control management system and vendors in retail operation
  • • Developing and supporting customer service of retail and corporate customers
  • • Creating and maintaining effective internal control of company equipment and inventory
  • • Organizing and controlling of logistics partners in an effective manner
  • • Coordinating and supporting in company projects and tracking progress towards company objectives

 Requirements:

  • • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • • At least 4-5 years office administration experience
  • • Good leadership and resource management skills
  • • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • • Experience working with Oracle NetSuite, SAP or similar ERP System
  • • Proficient with computer and MS Office skills
  • • Familiar with retail operation, human resource and customer service procedures
  • • Possess positive working attitude and mindset

Position 6: Plant Arranger (Operation)

Location: Thomson

Scope:

  • • Understand customer’s requirements and able to recommend plants and care requirements for a specific arrangement in accordance to customer’s budget.
  • • To assist in developing new appropriate and trendy plant arrangement designs for various calendar events and occasions (eg. Christmas & CNY).
  • • Ensure work area is always well-organised, clean and welcoming to customers.
  • • Any ad-hoc work as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • • Strong sense aesthetics and creativity
  • • Understand trends and able to translate them into realistic plant arrangement designs
  • • Good knowledge & understanding of plants is a plus, training will be provided
  • • Willing to learn and open to feedback and changes required to designs
  • • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • • Able to work independently and as part of a team
