Our Delivery Policy

Local Delivery

General Orders

Standard delivery within Singapore is chargeable at S$38.00 (inclusive of gst) per trip with exception of deliveries to restricted areas listed in "Charges for Restricted Areas". When placing your order, please select your preferred date on which your order is to be delivered. We will endeavour to have your order delivered by your selected date but a change in delivery date may be required if there are unavailable products or if there are plant quality issues. Our customer service will be in touch with you to fix another delivery date to your convenience.

Exclusive Plant Gifts Orders

Exclusive delivery charge at $15.00 per delivery address for some of our selected products from the plant gifts section (Limited to 2 items per order).

Express Delivery

For express delivery to be made within 3 hours after confirmation, there will be an additional charge of S$40.00 (inclusive of gst). Please note that express delivery service is subject to availability of drivers. Do call us at (65) 6371 7171 to confirm the availability of service. We reserve the right to turn down request if resources are not available.

Reschedule/Redirection of Delivery

For reschedule or redirection made during the scheduled time frame of delivery, there will be a surcharge of S$10.00 (inclusive of gst) imposed.

Service Charge

For carrying item especially bulky and heavy item up to higher storey by staircase with no lift access, a surcharge of S$10.00 per item per storey will be imposed with a minimum S$30.00 to be charged. This service is limited to carrying the items up to a maximum of 5 storeys.

Charges for Restricted Areas

Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following restricted areas.

For Area 1, an additional S$105.00 (inclusive of gst) will be charged.

For Area 2 to 7, an additional S$38.00 (inclusive of gst) will be charged.

These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.

1. Marina Bay Sands
2. Jurong Island
3. All Airports, Cargo Complexes and Air Bases
4. All Army Camps
5. All Shipyards, Ports and Naval Bases
6. All Power Stations
7. All Prisons

Delivery will only be made between 12:00pm - 6:00pm for the above restricted areas. Orders are to be made at least 3 working days before delivery date, ie. if sending to a restricted area between 12:00pm - 6:00pm on Friday, order has to be placed before 5:00pm on Tuesday. If sending to a restricted area between 12:00pm - 6:00pm on Monday, order has to be placed before 5:00pm on Wednesday.

Additional Charges during Peak Period

For peak period like Christmas and Chinese New Year, there will be other areas eg. Sentosa whereby additional charges may be imposed. Additional delivery charges for Christmas tree(s) purchased with other general order may also be imposed. Please refer to the delivery T&Cs that will be made available during the festive period.

Self Collect

You may choose to self collect the order with no delivery charges at our retail outlet Far East Flora Centre (Address: 435 Clementi Rd , Singapore 599873). Collection can be made from Monday - Sunday between 9:00am - 6:00pm after 2 days from order confirmation. Please produce your printed or mobile email order confirmation during the collection.

Festive X'mas Tree Delivery

* Festive delivery charge for order of Christmas tree(s) only from S$30.00 and order of Christmas tree(s) with general plants and products from $50.00 (refer to our Xmas Delivery Charges & Policy).

* For order of general plants and products only standard delivery charge from $38.00.

* Specific delivery charges will be calculated and displayed on 'Order Review' section during checkout. T&Cs apply.

International Delivery

Currently we do not provide international delivery. Delivery is only within local Singapore.

Limitation of Liability

Far East Flora Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:-

1. The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.
2. Incorrect address was provided.
3. No such person was at the given address.
4. No valid contact number was provided for Far East Flora Pte Ltd to reasonably attempt to contact recipient to make delivery.

In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Far East Flora Pte Ltd’s liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of Far East Flora Pte Ltd or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.

The customer shall not seek from Far East Flora Pte Ltd the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.

Although we will always do our best to deliver on the date requested. There will be occasions when this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and abnormal traffic conditions.
